Privacy

This page describes the information the current Apping Store prototype uses. It should be expanded before a public production launch to include operator identity, contact details, retention periods and any required regional disclosures.

Account information

When you sign in with Google, Apping Store can receive basic account information such as your display name, email address, profile image and authentication identifier. The site stores profile information needed to operate user and developer accounts.

Developer and project information

If you publish a project, information such as your studio name, project metadata, uploaded images and project files or links is stored using Firebase services. Public project metadata is shown in the catalogue.

Third-party services

The current implementation uses Google Firebase for authentication, database and file storage. Those services may process technical information required to provide their functionality.

Security

Public-launch security depends on restrictive Firebase Database and Storage rules and trusted server-side validation. Client-side checks alone must not be treated as access control.
